For over a decade, Hartford Enterprise Zone Business Association has been comprise of businesses located in the Main Street, Barbour Street, Windsor Street areas, known as the “Enterprise Zone”. Since 1988, HEZBA has worked to Support the Merchants of the Enterprise Zone by encouraging dialogue and cooperation between business, state and city government, community leadership and participation for Positive change.

HEZBA offers assistance to all members of the Enterprise Zone. Our goal now and for the future is to continue to strengthen our business community by increasing membership and designing incentives to assist small and mediumsized businesses.
